The Merlion is an illustration of a merlion, or half-lion and half-fish, that has been reimagined with the use of traditional henna patterns. The artwork was created to reinvent and refresh the image of the merlion, which is a national symbol of Singapore.

 

The Merlion was created using hand-drawn designs that were then digitized. Various traditional henna patterns were used to give the merlion a new look that would appeal to both locals and tourists alike.

 

The Merlion design can be used for invitations, cards, and social media posts to celebrate Singapore's national holiday on August 9th each year.
